About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Benefits with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration, implementation, and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise across benefits design, eligibility rules, enrollment processing, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead functional delivery for Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud across design, configuration, and deployment
- Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solution designs
- Enrollment windows & life events
- Support Open Enrollment (OE) and Life Event testing & execution
- Execute data migration and validations for Benefits-related data
