About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Core HR and Absence Management . The ideal candidate will have solid functional understanding, configuration experience, and a strong ability to manage client-facing engagements, solution design, and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation tasks.
What you'll do
- Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, and perform gap analysis to create functional solution designs
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR structures , workforce structures, employment flows, and person management functions
- Configure Absence Management including accrual plans, absence types, eligibility profiles, and related rules
- Support data migration activities: templates, validations, and reconciliation
