About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management . The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge, experience in implementation projects, and the ability to manage client-facing discussions, configuration, and end-to-end HCM Cloud delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver functional activities across OTL and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and participate in solution design
- Perform detailed configuration of OTL and Absence modules as per business requirements
- Support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments
- Handle migration of setup changes from non-production to production
