About the role
We are looking for strong Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in HCM Cloud delivery . The role focuses on Core HR fundamentals with specialization in one or two key modules —primarily UK/EU Payroll and US Payroll (OTL will be an add on)
What you'll do
- Lead/Support functional delivery for assigned modules: UK Payroll / US Payroll
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Configure setups: rules, eligibility, workflows, approvals, validations, lookups, and dependencies
- Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI
- Manage setup migration across environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD)
