About the role
We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR and strong working knowledge of Global Transfer processes and Glide Tool . The ideal consultant will have extensive implementation experience, strong functional understanding of global HR operations, and the ability to manage client-facing workshops, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Global Transfer operations within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct client workshops , requirement gathering, and solution design related to global mobility, transfers, reassignments, and workforce movement
- Configure Core HR including workforce structures, employment flows, person management, legal entities, departments, and positions
- Work with Glide Tool to support migrations, global movement workflows, reconciliations, and data validations
- Manage and implement Global Transfers (inter-company, cross-BU, cross-country) ensuring smooth data flow and compliance
