About the role
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong hands-on sourcing expertise across Digital, Data, and Salesforce skill sets. The recruiters will support corporate hiring requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
What you'll do
- End-to-end sourcing and recruitment for Digital, Data, and Salesforce roles
- Strong exposure to corporate hiring environments
- Screen profiles, assess technical fit, and align candidates with role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
