About the role
You will play a crucial role in developing BODS (SAP BusinessObjects Data Services) jobs for end-to-end data migration scenarios and ensuring the successful loading of data into the target environment, particularly SAP S4 Hana. Your technical expertise will be essential in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
What you'll do
- Gather and comprehend business requirements from onsite clients and convert them into comprehensive technical designs for data migration projects
- Develop BODS jobs that implement efficient end-to-end data migration scenarios
- Conduct thorough testing and review of BODS jobs, ensuring compliance with best practices and exploring automation opportunities wherever applicable
- Manage the data loading process to the target environment, with a particular focus on SAP S4 Hana
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server to facilitate data migration activities
