About the role
As a SuccessFactors System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will be responsible for guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our clients.
What you'll do

- Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications
- Work closely with development teams to oversee the successful implementation of system designs
- Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them
