What you'll do
- Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for load testing positions, focusing on evaluating candidates skills in performance and load testing
- Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in load testing
- Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, helping to inform hiring decisions
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in load testing technologies and tools, ensuring assessments remain current and relevant
