What you'll do
- Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level positions in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling
- Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling
- Collaborate closely with the HR and technical teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML, NLP, and Data Modeling technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
