• Collaborate closely with the HR and project management teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in project management technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
