- Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Spring and Java technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
