• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level UI & Design positions
• Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI and design
• Collaborate closely with the HR and design teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in UI and design technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
