What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership and operational support for our Snowflake and Teradata environments
- Responsible for operations support for Snowflake: Warehouse, User, Database, Schema, roles management
- Provide expert support to optimize Snowflake workloads
- Identify anomalies and report issues to management, such as incorrect grants, violations of environment barriers, and incorrect warehouse sizes
- Collaborate with end users to resolve issues and fulfill user requests
