About the role
We are seeking an experienced TM1 Admin to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing the IBM Planning and Analytics (PA) environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in TM1 implementation and administration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and proactive monitoring.
What you'll do
- Utilize your expertise with IBM Planning and Analytics to provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) troubleshooting and diagnostic support
- Effectively manage incidents, problems, and service outages to minimize disruptions and ensure timely resolution
- Fulfill simple and standard service requests and project provisioning requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, encompassing aspects such as capacity planning, user management, data connections, tools, and capabilities
- Set up and configure environments, install and maintain base software, and manage patching and release activities
