About the role
Regional Operations Head profile to manage a state/Region comprising of group of 18-20 branches. The person will resolve the regional level cluster issues and manage the clusters overall on compliance, SOP adherence and all local escalations. HR, Finance, Customer Service, POS, Persistency, Claims Agent advisors, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Customers
What you'll do
- Review of all Branches under supervision on a monthly basis
- Ensure adherence to all branch SLAs and SOPs
- Ensure 100% Statutory and HR compliance of the branches
- Review and close all Branch audits with no major NC
- Facilities and Branch Administration
