What you'll do
- Training Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement training plans for sales teams, branch staff, and distribution partners
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data and business inputs
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and intermediaries
- Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and agents
