About the role
Provide Admin & facility support to branches for various services such as Housekeeping / Security / Repairs & maintenance / Telephones / Printing & Staionery /branch petty cash / copiers. Keep data of all AMC’s and ensure timely renewal of AMC’s thru procurement. Payment of utility bills in time such as Power bills/ Telephone bills.
What you'll do

- Keep data of all AMC’s and ensure timely renewal of AMC’s thru procurement
- Act as a liason between the company and the vendor / service provider
- Ensure receipt and payment of vendor bills in time so that service are not affected
- Preparing MIS reports and statutory reports
