Be the 1 st line custodian of all the products and critically analyse the product performance on the ground. Highlight gaps and lapses periodically to the senior management Ensure that the standard operating process is followed in letter and spirit. Ensure the product logics and configurations are sound on our IT platform and the same delivering the desired performance.
