About the role
This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of data management, MIS design, and advanced analytics for the MFI portfolio under the DSMG function. The Manager will play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic insights, driving evidence-based recovery strategies, and strengthening the overall collection efficiency through robust dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
What you'll do
- 📌 MIS & Data Management
- Design and maintain a comprehensive MIS framework to track recovery, delinquencies, roll rates, agency performance, and legal recoveries across all MFI portfolios
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of all data sources used by the DSMG team
- Build automated reporting systems and ensure timely publication of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Own the development and standardization of dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) for real-time visibility
