About the role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cybersecurity Lead with deep expertise in Telecommunications (Telco) Security to strengthen our security posture across critical Telco infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 5G/4G network security, telecom systems, and regulatory compliance, along with proven leadership in managing cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and govern cybersecurity controls for telecom infrastructure including mobile networks (4G/5G), fixed-line, core, and edge systems
- Work with emerging paradigms such as Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function
- Virtualization (NFV), and cloud-based telecom services
- Develop and maintain the Telco-specific cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and global standards (NIST, ISO 27011, GSMA, ENISA)
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies to protect telecom data
