- Serve as the product specialist to answer customer queries (both vehicle and charging) at dealerships/ other points of sale
- Ensure EV customers have a differentiated customer experience & that dealerships / stores provide adequate focus to EV
- Responsible (along with Dealer Sales Executives) for achievement of retail targets
- Work with dealer sales executives to drive EV sales in dealerships
