About the role
This role will be responsible for monitoring ICR & safety norms at the plant, machine & equipment setting, managing shop floor contractual manpower in terms of availability & training, as well as look after maintenance activities of support equipment (forklift, trolleys)
What you'll do
- Plan and execution of facility improvement
- Monitor line function activities to identify the non-value add activities
- Drive the improvement & sustain of process to Safety
- Implement findings of the audit observations
- Plan for up-keep of material handling equipment like fork-lift & dumper, tractors, tow-trucks
