About the role
Responsible for design and engineering of the equipment used in an integrated steel plant covering the following: Detailed Engineering Calculation (Mechanical) Understanding an analysis report (Static & Dynamic) Documentation and record maintenance of engineering deliverables & reference documents Ensure compliance to standards, norms and design basis of plant in areas D&E Equipment
What you'll do
- Create design and detail engineering in line with company procedures, regulations, standards etc
- Layout preparation of machines and components
- Design calculation of machines (Steel plant equipment)
- Prepare technical specification for bought out items. Prepare technical evaluation report and vendor drawing approval
- Prepare 3D model and 2D drawings in PTC Creo / Inventor
