About the role
Develop and implement Construction & Project Management capabilities for Nest-In offerings and ensure SLA with customers in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost and most importantly Timeliness.
What you'll do
- Conduct Safety Line walk, Safety audits and ensure zero harm at site in line with the overall objective of the organization
- Implementation of SOPs, implementation of Safety Standards during project execution, Ensuring compliance to mass meetings and mock drills
- Plan for corrective and preventive measures to ensure that all the sites are accidents free
- Imparting training to Solution Partner on construction safety and ensure its compliance across all sites
- Development of Construction & Project management Processes
