What you'll do
- Contribute to the mechanical design and packaging of EV battery systems, including packs and modules. 2
- Develop 3D CAD models and detailed 2D engineering drawings, applying GD&T principles. 3
- Perform DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and tolerance stack-up analyses to optimize designs for performance and manufacturability. 4
- Support the selection of appropriate materials for battery components, considering performance, cost, and environmental factors. 5
- Assist in the design of cell integration, busbars, enclosures, cooling systems, and sealing solutions (IP67/IP69). 6
