About the role
The merchant experience team owns building and maintaining the core features of Tazapay’s heavily used dashboard and the APIs, including Payins and Payouts. This is a hybrid and user-facing team, responsible both for ensuring that Tazapay’s APIs are highly usable and ergonomic, as well as ensuring that the dashboard interface is simple, actionable, and maximises operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Craft and execute on the roadmap, effectively prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, urgency, business value, and resource constraints
- Work closely with users, product teams, and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive and frictionless payments dashboard experience
- Support our developer community through public Postman collections, integration examples and solutioning complex integration workflows
