About the role
Technical Operation (Facility management Services) Implementing standardized processes of Facilities and supervising nation wide offices/warehouses infrastructure facilities for seamless operations.
What you'll do
- Drive the overall Facility management (Tech & soft) of the premises of PAN India sites
- Ensure preventive maintenance are carried out as per PPM calendar to nullify breakdown of equipment
- Provide safe, secure and healthy working environment to the employee/visitors
- Audit (Documents, SOPs, Fire & safety & Engineering)
- Assign vendor for AMC/agreement and Coordination, Liaison, policy implementation and monitoring for seamless Facility operation
