About the role
Manages defined portions of the supplier lifecycle, including performance monitoring, supplier development, and escalation support. Drives measurable improvements in supplier quality and delivery while partnering cross-functionally to support sourcing and operational objectives.
What you'll do
- Unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world
- Drive supplier development initiatives by leading Souring, SQE, MPDE, Engineering, and other stakeholders to assess, qualify, and improve suppliers
- Facilitate alignment between functions (e.g., Quality’s audit standards, Procurement’s commercial requirements
- Own the New supplier pre-assessment process / Lead onboarding programs for new suppliers, coordinating inputs from Quality (audit criteria)
- Implement new supplier performance monitoring, conducting regular evaluations of quality, delivery
