What you'll do
- Engineering systems leadership: Own the roadmap, lifecycle, operational performance
- Application lifecycle management: Drive planning, evaluation, implementation, upgrade, maintenance, support, and retirement activities
- Software, licensing, and contracts: Manage software modules, entitlement models, license demand, utilization, renewals, vendor proposals, contracts
- Change management and adoption: Lead change-impact planning, stakeholder communication, user readiness, training, application promotion, feedback collection
- Stakeholder and BU partnership: Build trusted relationships with business units, engineering leaders, users, vendors, and technology teams
