About the role

The India EHS&S leader in collaboration with the India leadership team ensures and monitors safety in the workplace and compliance with all environmental requirements.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a positive and strong culture of engagement in EHS&S
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental legislations as per local statutory requirements and global TE guidelines
- Monitor legislation changes and ensure new requirements are implemented
- Participate in reviews of third-party compliance audits in collaboration with site and business unit EHS&S leaders
- Maintain an effective EHS&S management system for the Engineering Laboratory location
