About the role
Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple/large physical facilities
What you'll do
- Maintenance and Upkeep of facilities Infrastructure of the Plant like DG, Compressors, UPS, Chillers, STP, ETP to name a few
- Budgeting the facilities spend for the year
- Continuous development of the facilities team to enhance their capabilities
- Follow the TPM methodology for all facilities equipment’s and ensure Zero downtime
- Execution of projects [Energy & water] to reduce the carbon footprint of the Plant Setup Y-o-Y
