About the role
The AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), part of the TE Information Solutions (TEIS) organization, builds enterprise AI capabilities that accelerate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and enterprise operations. The Principal Data Scientist is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping TE's AI strategy and driving the adoption of advanced AI technologies across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- AI Strategy & Technical Leadership
- Define technical direction, architecture, and best practices for enterprise AI initiatives
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Influence AI strategy, technology roadmap, and enterprise AI adoption
- Provide technical guidance on approaches such as Agentic AI, Causal AI, Neuro-symbolic AI, World Models, Foundation Models, and other evolving AI paradigms
