What you'll do
- The Sr. Product Development Engineer will work on the product sustenance activities, NPI, Product extensions
- This includes driving product lifecycle management, product extensions, rapid NPIs, VAVE initiatives, sustainability improvements, material and process changes
- The role also involves providing technical support to plants, suppliers, and customers to ensure continuity, quality, and cost optimization
- Proven expertise in sustaining engineering and product lifecycle support, including design enhancements, prototyping, testing, and cost/productivity improvements (VAVE)
- Work on VAVE initiatives to optimize cost, improve product performance, and enhance customer value while maintaining quality and reliability
