About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and AI who has a proven record of delivering high-visibility, high-ROI solutions to complex business problems. In this role, you will lead a small team of data scientists, set the technical direction, and own end-to-end delivery of impactful AI/ML solutions.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science initiatives: problem framing, data exploration, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical and ML solutions with measurable outcomes
- Define technical approach, architecture, and best practices for ML/AI solutions, including statistical modeling, deep learning, NLP, forecasting, optimization
