What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of ME COE initiatives, including method and tool development, evaluation, and adoption across structural, thermal
- Translate technical roadmaps into clear project scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership, schedules, and success criteria in partnership with technical leaders
- Coordinate activities across global engineering, product development, laboratory, manufacturing, supplier, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain project plans and performance dashboards to track actions, deliverables, resources, dependencies, risks, decisions, execution metrics and project impact
- Facilitate technical reviews, drive risk mitigation and escalation, and communicate status and priorities to leadership and stakeholders
