About the role

The Inventory Continuous Improvement Lead drives the ongoing enhancement of inventory management processes, methodologies, and tools. Partnering with plants, distribution centers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role turns inventory challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions that strengthen inventory performance and structure.

What you'll do

• Enhance the projection model and establish a structured variance analysis process, improving projection accuracy and days on hand (DOH) target achievement
• Establish a cross-functional mechanism to manage and track special inventory impacts, such as new product introduction (NPI), migration, end-of-life (EOL)
• Establish a systematic aging and excess inventory management methodology with standard root cause logic to reduce aging and prevent new excess
• Build a segmentation-based stock policy for raw materials and finished goods, aligning replenishment logic with demand profiles to maximize inventory effectiveness
• Identify and lead additional inventory structure initiatives beyond aging and stock policy
