About the role
Supervises and manages all molding activities, team schedules and cycle times for full targeted output.
What you'll do
- Responsible for SAFE compliances and achieving the value stream/cell KPIs
- Lead value stream and ensure rated output, completion of daily and monthly production schedule
- Production tracking on daily basis and ensure all the internal external customers are served on time
- Responsible for process trouble shooting and standardization as per scientific molding process
- Responsible for molding and assembly capacity planning & load balancing to maximize production
