Identifies the specifications and requirements of the tools and recommends revisions in the design or fabrication, materials, and production processes.
What you'll do
- Handling & Maintenance of INJECTION MOLD TOOLS
- Root Cause analysis of the problem & taking appropriate actions to eliminate the same
- Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as Calipers, Gauge blocks
- Involvement with cross functional teams to implement corrective & preventive actions for tool correction issues
- Maintaining documents as per TS16949 requirement. Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
