About the role
You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketplace strategies from scratch. This role demands ownership, creativity, and a strong bias for action to help us scale rapidly across emerging platforms.
What you'll do
- Collaborate and manage major Q-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Blinkit, BigBasket, Flipkart, Meesho and other new emerging channels
- Own the end-to-end marketplace lifecycle from onboarding and catalog setup to campaign execution, ad optimization, and revenue scaling
- Take full ownership of P&L for each channel, driving revenue growth while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- Build and continuously refine playbooks for marketplace success, establishing scalable processes as the business grows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) and external partners to ensure seamless execution
