About the role
We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support our e-commerce team in managing marketplace accounts and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, problem-solving, and understanding how brands grow on digital platforms .
What you'll do
- Assist in tracking account performance, sales, orders, and key business metrics
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for marketplace accounts
- Follow up on marketplace requirements, campaigns, promotions, and deliverables
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and product visibility
- Assist in preparing business reviews and performance updates
