About the role
The main purpose of the L2 support engineer is establishing Support delivery for Teamlease and being the leader in delivering solutions using ITIL processes and philosophy. responsible for being able to maintain a very good client relationship and provide L2 support to them.
What you'll do
- Managing on-boarding of new clients, setup
- Provide application end to end support which includes SQL and AWS skills
- Deliver industry best practice solutions to the business using out of the box functionality
- Provide first class solutions to meet the business expectations
- Work with various teams in the IT Organisation in solutioning, planning, risk identification, issue
