About the role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is beginning their career in recruitment and wants to build strong hiring expertise in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Source suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, if required
