- Foster agile practices and methodologies in the development teams and govern the development processes
- Collaborate across teams within Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling roadmap with global impact
- Champion the customer, translating feedback into clear requirements and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers the most valuable outcomes
- Drive insight-led decisions, using qualitative and quantitative data such as telemetry and surveys, market trends, and competitive analysis to validate product ideas
