What you'll do
- Be responsible for building and maintaining custom ServiceNow Store applications and integrating their capabilities with our DEX platform
- Also enhance existing applications to maximize value for our customers
- Participate in the end-to-end ServiceNow application lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Operations Workspace), ITOM, CMDB, and others as needed
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies
