About the role
Provides engineering solutions as part of the SSE project and PLM taskforce, ensuring compliance with TechnipFMC standrads, procedures and processes while meeting quality, schedule, budget and customer staisfaction objectives. Responsible for new product development, BOM, tecgnical documentation and calculations related to subsea connection.
What you'll do
- Work on product design and development activities
- Develop innovative and cost effective mechanical designs using plant standard procedures, engineering knowledge and experience
- Work with team and technical leads to build concept designs & develop final design for NPD & VA/VE programs
- Do design calculations, design reviews, develop test plans & Perform related engineering calculations by using the Mathcad
- Work with designer and manufacturing engineers, follow the manufacturing and assembling process, employ problem solving skills to resolve issues encountered
