About the role
The Product Improvement Lead is responsible for leading product design improvement activities arising from feedback on field performance, ease of manufacturing, assembly & testing and ease of installation & retrieval of the product. Improvement Lead acts as the focal point in RCA investigations and initiates the necessary corrective & prevention actions.
