About the role
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting supplier calling confirmations, verifying supplier bank account details, managing supplier onboarding activities, and supporting selected buyer and order management activities. The role ensures that supplier data and procurement transactions are accurate, compliant, securely validated, and completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs).
What you'll do
- Perform supplier bank account verification using approved procedures and supporting documents to reduce payment, fraud, and compliance risks
- Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding and supplier master-data updates across applicable ERP systems and procurement platforms
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete documentation, unusual requests, or potential risks, and escalate them promptly through the defined governance process
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready records of calling confirmations, verification evidence, approvals, onboarding status, and supplier communications
- Monitor pending verification and onboarding requests and ensure completion within agreed SLAs and TATs
