Responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operations of the White Room, ensuring efficient production, optimal manpower utilization, and achievement of production and quality targets. Focused on monitoring machine OEE, production plan adherence, rejection analysis, consumables and tooling costs, and inventory management to drive operational excellence.
