About the role
We are seeking a Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst to develop and maintain reporting solutions that support HR, recruiting, learning, and workforce operations. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights, while supporting data quality, integrations, and Workday release testing.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Advanced, Composite, and Custom Reports
- Build calculated fields, prompts, filters, and reusable reporting logic using Workday Business Objects and Related Business Objects
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into reporting specifications and analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain reports including data preparation, transformations, joins, and calculated metrics
- Deliver reporting across Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence, Finance, and Assets
